A call that is answered and stays connected for at least 90 seconds. It uses 1 token. Shorter calls show up in your reports as free.
What happens when I run out of tokens?
Routing pauses automatically once you can't cover the next call. Buy a pack and routing resumes within a minute — nobody has to flip a switch.
Is there a contract or a monthly fee?
No. You buy tokens when you want them and they only get used on billable calls. Stop whenever you like.
Which states and product lines?
Final expense is the core line, with Medicare Advantage, ACA, term life and mortgage protection in select states. Calls only route to states you're licensed in.
How do I get paid on the policies?
Same as always — you write the business with your own carriers and contracts. We only sell you the phone call.
